Returns
Each item you order is made especially for you when you place an order. Unless the item you receive is damaged or defected, WolfDog is required to pay for every item our manufacturer makes for you no matter what.
Because of this and our small size, we’re only able to accept a return if the item you order has a manufacturer’s defect. We’ll gladly replace it or provide you with a refund or store gift card if you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item.
We greatly appreciate your understanding as we go through our growing pains to get to a point where we can offer a more flexible return policy.
