Refund policy

Each item you order from us is made especially for you when you place an order. This enables us to get you something special and operate using a small business-friendly and earth-friendly approach--not over-producing or holding excess inventory.

This also means that our fulfillment partners aren't able to stock or resell any returned items for us, yet WolfDog is required to pay for every item made for you no matter what--unless the item has a manufacturer's defect.

Because of this and our current realities as a small business, we’re only able to accept returns for items that are damaged or defected when you receive them. We appreciate your understanding as we work towards growing our business to a point where we can offer a more flexible return policy.

Until then, we ask that before placing your order, please take a look at the item’s size/fit guides, color, and descriptions so we can send you items that make you happy.

Return Details & Process

We have a 30-day return policy for items that are damaged or defective when you receive them, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted and you placed a US order, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. For orders placed outside of the US, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, as per the requirements of our fulfillment partners.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We are unable to accept returns for any items other than damaged or defective items that are deemed the error of our fulfillment partners. Also, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges & Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you can choose to exchange your item for a same priced item, or receive a refund or WolfDog gift card for the purchase amount of the returned item. 

For refunds, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

For gift cards, you’ll be sent an online gift card for use at our store within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your replacement item, refund, or gift card, please contact us at support@wolfdogworld.com.
